VENDOR SETUP INFO

Thank you for participating In Africa Fest 2026. Please consult this page for all the information needed for set-up.

SET UP

  • Arrive between 9 and 10am (or earlier) for set-up. Your booth should be finished by 11:30am

  • Drive your car to the street indicated in your booth assignment. Unload quickly (volunteers will be there to help) and then go park. Come back to set up. 

PARKING

  • Vendors keeping their cars nearby should park at the Dubuque Street Parking Ramp (220 S. Dubuque Street). We will give you a voucher before you clean up so you do not have to pay.  

CLEAN UP

  • Pick up and dispose of all trash from your booth

  • Brake down tables and tents that we rented for you and stack them neatly.

  • Food vendors- KEEP YOUR GREASE AND DISPOSE OF IT AT HOME
